Strategic Medical Brokers is looking to add to our team A remote Transaction Coordinator position is now available.

We’re looking for experienced Closing Coordinators to join our high-growth, disruptive business brokerage firm to support our rapidly scaling transaction volume. This vital position is responsible for completing the business transaction, ensuring the accuracy of all closing documents, and protecting the integrity of all purchases. You will process the files for closing, review closing documents for execution by all parties, interact with the escrow company, lenders, and attorneys, and ensure that all necessary documents have been provided. In short, ensure that any conditions that could hinder a successful closing have been cleared.

**The Role**:This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Managing the closing pipeline
- Reviewing title insurance commitments and Settlement Disclosure Forms, using the sales contract and closing instructions
- Reviewing the deed and other closing documents for accuracy and be proficient in detecting errors and accuracy while reviewing additional relevant documents
- Reviewing the closing checklist and closing file documents to ensure compliance
- Document the scheduled closing in the system for each property
- Review the final documents and, once complete, schedule the closing
- Manage all documentation in the event of an audit
- Assist with special projects as requested, and perform additional duties as required

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Advanced level of English
- Minimum 3 years Transaction Coordinator or Paralegal Assistant experience
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing great end results
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize work and manage time, often under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High-level customer service skills
- Strong analytic skills
