**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Answer questions and provide guidance related to Medtronic policy and ethical conduct
- Ask questions and identify concerns through day-to-day work, thinking critically about optics and potential risks associated with HCP interactions
- Collaborate closely with Compliance Officers and other colleagues to support Medtronic operating units and regions
- Provide recommendations for monitoring, training, and communications related to HCP Interactions
- Actively support the team’s work toward problem-solving and continuous process improvement
- Lead and support the development of Compliance programs and strategies
- Proactively identify and implement program improvements by driving alignment among stakeholders
- Simultaneously manage day-to-day work and long-term projects effectively
- Provide general Compliance guidance to internal functions and take responsibility for helping the business navigate Compliance processes
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues to leadership as needed
- Promote a service-oriented Compliance organization
- Act as a positive and professional resource for teammates and business partners
- Support a positive team culture by consistently demonstrating active listening, curiosity about others, and kindness
- Model a culture of ethics and integrity

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor degree in law or related areas.
- 3 or more years of experience working in or closely with Compliance, Legal, or related functions.
- Fluent english level.
- Experience in project management projects.
- Expertise related to basic Compliance issues associated with HCP interactions, including anti-kickback, anti-bribery, and conflict of interest concerns.
- Demonstrated success leading work collaboratively across large, global organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Teamplayer.
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
- Demonstrated commitment to celebrating diversity and empowering all employees.
- Proactive and good customer service skills.
- Customer services skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Nice to have experience with global transparency requirements such as U.S. Open Payments and French reporting laws.
- Nice to have xperience with Medtronic systems including Spotfire, Smartsheet, Workfront, SharePoint, Medtronic Giving Connection (MGC), eCATS, Concur, and MediSpend
- Excel knowledge.
- Experience with Business Conduct Standards (BCS), needs-assessment (project briefs), fair market value, cross-border HCP engagements, grants and donations, or other Compliance programs.
- Familiarity with Medtronic products, therapies, disease states, and operating structure.
- Experience in healthcare or related companies.
