**Sobre el cargo**:
Propósito general de la función: desarrollar una relación sólida y de confianza con los clientes a través de comunicaciones oportunas y precisas.
**Actividades clave**:
- Responsable del acompañamiento a la cuenta asignada
- Revisar y asegurar el logro de los KPI específicos del cliente y los acuerdos de servicio.
- Proporcionar informes de desempeño.
- Mantener la comunicación con terceros internos / externos / para cumplir con las expectativas del cliente
- Brindar resolución proactiva de problemas y acciones correctivas para garantizar la excelencia en el servicio.
- Contacto clave para escaladas.
- Desarrollar una relación sostenible con las partes interesadas internas y externas.
- Coordinar la implementación de negocios.
- Participar / liderar las reseñas de los clientes (QBR y / o MBR).
- Complejidad del problema / proceso.
- Coordinar las actividades de los grupos de interés y asegurar la calidad y oportunidad.
- Comprender el requerimiento de la documentación del cliente y elaborar lineamientos a los grupos de interés para asegurar su cumplimiento.
- Recomendar y coordinar los cambios necesarios basados en el análisis de procesos.
- Ayudar a las operaciones del DGF a resolver problemas complejos.
**Quién puede aplicar**:
- Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas y similares.
- Amplio conocimiento del transporte de carga y la industria logística.
- Comunicación fluida en inglés (verbal y escrita).
- 3-5 años experiência laboral en Negocios Logísticos
- Tener un mínimo de 12 meses de servicio continuo con DHL y un mínimo de 12 meses en el rol actual
