Customer Program Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Build, handle, mentor, and lead a highly functioning team of technical & functional employees
- Understand the high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate communication, conflict resolution and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal and partnership needed.
- Good communications skills a must. Must have a proven ability to relate to customer representatives and executives at CxO level.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews, monthly updates, and other regular communication with executive leadership
- Solid understanding of Financial Quarter End, Mid-Year, and New Year Sales Readiness
- Anticipate, manage, and resolve risks and issues, track progress against milestones, deadlines, and budget. Report on these items, including dependency information, to key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills and comfortable communicating to senior and executive leadership to deliver message appropriately.
- Must have experience of 10-12 years on Cisco (CSCO) products.
- Must have knowledge of Network Architecture and Network strategy in customer digital transformation journey.
- Agile/Scrum Practitioner who also serves as a Coach and Mentor within the organization is a plus
**Expectations**:
You are a strategic problem solver, able to connect dots, drive alignment, prioritize requirements and delivery timelines.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
- Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
- Problem solving and Critical thinking Skills are MUST
- Experience with leading sophisticated and large implementation projects
- Experience fostering multi-functional team communications
- Good communication skills & ability to influence leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior talent
