Smarter Logistics is a leading logistics firm dedicated to optimizing supply chain and freight brokerage operations. We pride ourselves on leveraging advanced technology to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. In our pursuit of excellence, we are looking to adopt Tai TMS to streamline our workflow and improve our service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the integration of Tai TMS into our daily operations, ensuring a smooth transition and mínimal disruption.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff to become proficient in using Tai TMS, including navigating its features and functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and advice on best practices for maximizing the efficiency and benefits of the platform.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions using Tai TMS.
- Monitor the platform's performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, working closely with Tai Software's support team when necessary.
- Stay informed about updates and new features of Tai TMS and lead the effort to incorporate these into our operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical details into easy-to-understand concepts for all team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with teams across different departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- No formal IT background is required, though familiarity with logistics software platforms is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in training and process optimization within a logistics or freight brokerage context.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $2,000 - $3,200 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
