**GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION**
- The Invocing Analyst will mainly support the Finance team handling invoicing and electronic invoicing, Imports registers, review and registers of all inventory for Colombia, Kardex control, petty cash and asset depreciations for the team, including Industrial and Medical segment, achieving a positive experience to Warehouse and delivering results to maintain positive experience with end users (Customer Service).- This position will work collaboratively with Customer Service, Finance, to resolve issues related to Invoicing to have optimal operation through our systems.**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Adopt the working rules
- Make the work in base of the instruction that give the finance manager
- Daily process of the invoices to costumers, Make the process in agreement to the accounting accepted standards (GAAP): All the invoices sending will be backed with the appropriate documentation this to fulfill all the legal requirements stablish by the authorities. (Pedimento number, Pedimento payment date, Aduana number)
- Make the necessary documents to the international costumer in this case is the PDF and XML, the second need additional information.
- Manage properly the integrity of the information that will be process, don’t change the Invoice information (Data, Price, Accounting count ,quantity, Supplier name ) in any moment, in case needed Supervisory/Manager approval will be needed.
- Maintain Confidentiality of all costumer information and financial information is strictly confidential.
- Focus efforts to the balance catalog of accounts, this to the monthly generation of the electronic accountability this to fulfill all the legal requirements stablish by the authority.
- Generation of the digital files from electronic accountability, in this case is the XML and send the file to financial supervisor/Manager.
- Keep the Administration of the petty cash (The petty cash amount will be $ 1,000,000 Col.)
- Maintain all the petty cash movements properly tracked, when necessary give a payment or repayment, have in place the physical documentation as evidence of the transaction.
- Maintain a range of $50,000 Col. in petty cash.
- Make the check request to petty cash, this when as necessary.
- Keep weekly the control report of petty cash that include de remission vouchers, and expense receipt.
- Keep daily the next archives: pay station cash count, payment summaries and operations performed.
- Monitoring office and equipment supplies and liaising within providers.
- Make purchases of office supplies in base of the procedure established
- Keep the control and save of all the digital documents (PDF and XML) emitted and received by Ansell Colombia
- Verify the Imports documents, maintaining good control and register of all import’s documents
- Notify to each area in place of any missing documents and request them to process correctly
- Book products into inventory and ensure that they contain due cost

**KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- Accountant Bachelors’ degree or equivalent (3 years at least)
- Knowledge and abilities of software packages: windows, accounting software, other similar of ERP
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel on middle level
- Two years of knowledge of general accounting.
- Language skills: English: Basic at conversational level.

**Preferred**:Professional training in financial accounting/ Administration***

**Job Experience**
- Preferred GAAP knowledge and Mexico Finance knowledge
- Knowledge and abilities of software packages: windows, accounting software, other similar of ERP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs and Oracle environment
- Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable and team player
- Self-driven

**Preferred**:
