**GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION**
- Review and submit financials according to monthly closing schedule
- Ensure monthly local tax compliance
- Ensure the correct Tax Calculation and payment according to Colombia authorities
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Maintain trial balance up to date with monthly fluctuation analysis
- Coordinate invoicing process / Accounts Receivable function
- Coordinate accounts payable function
- Coordinate Car leasing administration
- Internal Controls audits (CSA. Control self-assessment)
- Attend External Audit information
- Attend Transfer Pricing base information
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for balance accounts
- Responsible for import and export journals
- Responsible for implementation of financial policies
- Responsible for Oracle implementation review as finance leader
- Responsible to attend NIFF report
- Responsible to attend SAGRILAFT reports

**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Prepare balance sheet conciliations
- Ensure the correct Tax Calculation and payment according to Colombia authorities
- Preparation of statements and reports for relevant government institutions
- Prepare working papers transfer pricing annual report
- Attend requirements of authorities audits
- Update leasing software
- Update Internal Controls (Control self-assessment)
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Control self-assessment procedures
- Financial policies implementation according to GAPP

**Education**
- o Accounting and Financial degree

**Job Experience**
- Mandatory:

- a) 5 years experience as a general accountant
- b) Inventories
- c) Accounts receivables / Payables
- d) Local taxes
- e) Financial Statements Analysis
- f) Colombian customs background
- Desirable:

- English advance level

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Local Tax law
- Microsoft Office
- Desirable Job Competencies
- ** Excellent Analytical skills**
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)**
- Travel requirement: maximum once a year
