Your ‘day to day’
Support the Credit and Portfolio activities in terms of risk control through an adequate analysis for the administration and allocation of credit conditions to company customers, ensuring effective monitoring and monitoring of the receivable. Ensure alignment with the PMI Standards and Principles, focusing on the constant optimization of processes and the formulation of new management tools.
1. Coordinate the sales orders process to ensure product delivery on time and attention to all customers, managing market and internal changes.
2. Integrate Sales and Marketing Areas requirements in the invoicing process to achieve the desired results for the company. For example: in brand launches, new distribution channels, liquidation of commercial plans, products, etc.
3. Monitor the monthly estimated sales closure, following up all invoicing processes for conventional and RRPs (Reduce Risk Products) business in coordination with sales, logistic and finance areas.
4. Manage all Purchasing order, provisions, and reclassifications for Logistic and OM suppliers: creation, reception, follow-up and reporting to interested internal clients.
5. Analyze and prepare the different reports of the area to guarantee the service level (Product Availability; Volume Monitoring; Sales orders status), which are used by customer facing team to communicate to different management levels.
Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience managing different stakeholders (Internal and External)
- Validated experience of 1+ year with Insights and Analytics into action.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication, customer orientation, and resourcefulness skills are required.
- Advanced English level is required.
