**Purpose Statement**

Core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Bachelor's Graduate in Business, Engineers, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector, focusing on selling complex solutions or services.
- Languages
- Colombia: Spanish, English (Minimum B2-C1) and optional Portuguese
- Brazil: Portuguese, English (Minimum B2-C1) and optional Spanish- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

**Responsabilities**
- Willingness to travel within the LATAM region as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time, and make judgments in the best interest of business, divisions, and the company´s strategy. - Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry in the country/hub, including trends, regulations, challenges, and competitive landscape.- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific challenges and requirements. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most suitable solutions and projects.
- Articulate the value proposition of digital solutions and innovation projects to clients through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales cycle using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, product manager, territory managers, sales specialists and implementation teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the sales process.
