**Responsibilities**:
As a Remote Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
**Recruitment Strategy**: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.

**Onboarding Support**: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.

**Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
**Previous experience as a recruiter**, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

**Proficiency in applicant tracking systems** and other recruitment software.

**Excellent organizational skills** and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Proactive and results-oriented mindset**, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

**Knowledge of South African employment** laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
