**Inside Sales Specialist - Barranquilla en modalidad presencial**
Job Purpose: Increasing sales revenue by providing excellent customer service by focusing on the eeds of individual customers directly or through the support of the team, promoting long-term customer relationships and customer loyalty.
**Areas of Responsibility and Key Tasks**:
- Maintaining regular contact with customers.
- Chasing quotations.
- Proactively identifying and targeting prospective customers through outbound cold calling and arranging appointments.
- Ensuring the highest level of professionalism and courtesy at all times during communications with customers.
- Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Liaise with sales and operations regarding customer enquiries.
- Liaise with credit department concerning credit status of prospective clients.
- Supporting the Company’s core values and behaviours.
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Good customer retention and sign up levels of business.
- Effective customer relationships evidenced by good customer retention levels and feedback.
- Increased sales.

- Enquiries are answered promptly and effectively.
- Credit managed effectively.

- Relacionamiento previo y experiência con industrias del sector petroquímicos, petróleo y gas preferiblemente. Búsqueda de clientes de Colombia para carga de exportación con nuestros isotanques.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en casa y reporte de actividades con frecuencia
- Disponibilidad con vehículo propio para traslado a visita de potenciales clientes (viáticos asumidos por el empleador)
