Growing software company is seeking a Billing Specialist to add to our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the drive to learn and develop both within a team and individually.

Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

- PO’s: Tracking, Changing, and Investigating to complete accurate invoicing
- Complete vendor setup forms as required by customer
- Perform weekly and monthly billing processes
- Portal Submission for Invoices: Utilize and navigate various customer portals to submit invoices as required by customers (Ariba, Tungsten, Taulia, Coupa)
- Process Internal and External Customer Requests: Process credits and rebills to reconcile customer accounts, verify taxes, resend invoices etc.
- Support A/R Processes: Investigate discrepancies and work to resolve customer concerns with invoices

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of billing experience
- Good communication and customer service skills; both written and verbal
- Knowledge of various currencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and investigation skills
- Experience with navigating and submission via portals (Ariba, Tungsten, Taulia, Coupa)
- ** Strong Technology skills**:

- Excel Proficient
- Google Suite, including Gmail for Work
- Experience with NetSuite and SAP a Plus
