MediaMonks is seeking a skilled **Influencer** Marketing Analyst** to join our team. We are looking for someone experienced in connecting data dots and crafting client-friendly narratives around opportunities, hypotheses, and issues. As part of our data insights team, you will uncover insights, develop learning programs, monitor trends, and enhance the consumer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze social media data to develop clear insights and narratives for influencer marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to optimize social strategies.
- Measure and analyze the performance of organic and paid influencer campaigns.
- Provide expertise in influencer analytics, channel optimization, and KPIs calculation.
- Stay up to date with social media best practices and technologies.
- Conduct audience and platform research to inform Influencer Marketing strategies.
- Identify key insights and brand opportunities by analyzing digital conversations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and achieve campaign goals.
- Enhance data understanding across the agency and contribute to its growth.
- Evaluate emerging data platforms for influencer analysis.
- Optimize platforms based on insights and collaborate with content teams.
- Develop trend reports and audience profiles with cultural strategists.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Analytics within a digital agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing social media data and identifying key insights.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting creative strategy in a client-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cultural strategists to create trend reports and audience profiles.
- Demonstrate a track record of success in fast-paced environments.
- Possess a sharp intuition and proactive approach, complemented by exceptional analytical skills.
- Exhibit the ability to strategically navigate the big picture while efficiently completing crucial tasks within designated timelines.
Skills Influencer Marketing:
- Expertise in marketing, PR, and influencer programs.
- PR experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods with media industry connections.
- Knowledge of social engagement tools and platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute influencer strategies.
- Strong business acumen and creativity.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English (Written and conversational) required (direct contact with international clients) + Spanish (Conversational) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- Proficiency in social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplifi, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, CreatorIQ, Captive8, Traackr, Meltwater).
