**Role overview**:
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing and Brand Relations team at Styled Settings, your go-to destination for everything you need to prep, cook and serve beautiful meals. Whether it’s a pop of color on your countertop or a shiny new pot in your oven, we strive to make magic from the mundane by bringing freshness and style into the kitchen.

As our brand grows, we are seeking someone to play a central role in confidently leading influencer campaigns across Instagram and TikTok, identifying new marketing channels and opportunities for the business, liaising and communicating with influencers on an ongoing basis and assisting with the implementation of an overall marketing and brand relations strategy.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is seeking versatility, rapid learning and growth and an opportunity to have an impact. This position will be fluid, evolving, exciting and challenging.

Ideally, you’re diligent about deadlines, can juggle multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail, and run a tight ship on managing projects, closing the loop with team members and always striving to surprise and delight our customers while representing our brand well. You have proven experience with leading influencer campaigns across both Instagram and TikTok and impeccable written communication skills, with the ability to adopt our unique brand tone and voice.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across Instagram and TikTok, including drafting communications, managing follow-ups, issuing product shipments and creating summary reports
- Review influencer contracted deliverables and provide feedback accordingly
- Track and analyze metrics and ROI on marketing efforts with the ability to make strategic, data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Ongoing identification and qualification of new influencer talent
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers to inform our marketing efforts and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Manage communications with influencers on an ongoing basis
- Monitor social media channels on an ongoing basis for discovery of influencer posts / talent

**Must haves**:

- Past experience with marketing, social media or influencer management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adopt our unique brand tone and voice
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding project management skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with a desire to grow within the role
- Impeccable relationship management abilities
- Passion for our brand and products and a commitment to going the extra mile when necessary

**Nice to haves**:

- Proven experience in social media, marketing and influencer management across Instagram and TikTok
- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack and project management software (ClickUp) preferred
- Bonus points if you love cooking and baking

- Our team primarily works Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST — we ask that at least 75% of your working hours overlap with our schedule to manage our influencer relations accordingly
