**Overview**:
**Position Summary**:
As an Entry-Level Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist, you will play a supportive role in designing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, and optimizing our CRM system to improve business operations and customer relationships. This position is perfect for someone with a blend of creative and analytical thinking, eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing and CRM space. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and engagement through innovative strategies and efficient CRM management.
**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Campaign Design and Implementation**:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns under guidance.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
**Content Creation and Digital Presence Management**:
- Help produce and distribute content across digital channels.
- Assist in the upkeep of the company website and social media profiles to enhance user engagement.
**CRM Platform Optimization**:
- Receive training in administering the HubSpot CRM platform, aligning its functionality with our business goals.
- Contribute to maintaining data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
**Process Automation and Efficiency**:
- Learn to implement automated workflows to streamline marketing and CRM operations.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Participate in the evaluation of marketing and CRM strategies, aiding in adjustments to enhance performance.
**Skills and Training Offered**:
- Training in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media.
- Comprehensive training in HubSpot CRM system management, data analytics, and process automation.
- Development of content creation skills.
- Exposure to ChatGPT and other AI tools for generating marketing materials.
- Skill-building in multitasking and project management with a detail-oriented approach.
- Analytical training for translating data into actionable insights.
- Enhancement of problem-solving, communication, and technical skills relevant to digital marketing and CRM.
**Qualifications**:
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- No prior experience in CRM administration is required - we provide all the necessary training
- A basic understanding of marketing principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Technical proficiency or a willingness to learn CRM software, especially HubSpot, is desired.
Pay: From $500,000 per month
