**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle database solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Perform database backups, restores, and recovery procedures as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues and provide technical support to team members.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular database maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Document database configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle database administration and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, design, and administration.
- Experience with Oracle tools and utilities (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Developer).
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
- Familiarity with data modeling, database design, and performance tuning techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
