We are currently seeking an On Site Recruiter Manager for our office located in Medellin, Colombia

**Roca Alliances** is a specialized recruitment firm in the tech sector, connecting top talent with leading global companies. We provide tailored hiring solutions, ensuring the perfect match for each role. This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. And we are opening the Hub in Medellin

As Recruitment Manager you will directly report to the Roca Alliances Operations Director and will work in the full cycle hiring process with the recruitment team, and provide reports and insights about the region and recruiting outcomes, as also elevating some recommendation of action items to the Roca Alliances Operations Director in order of achieving the hiring goals for the Medellin office.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead**: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and development.
**Strategize**: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions, with a focus on IT roles.
**Collaborate**: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure successful hires.
**Analyze**: Track recruitment metrics and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Hands-On**: Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and complex IT positions as needed.

**Requirements**:
✔️ **Experience**: 5+ years in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT and technical roles.
✔️ **Leadership**: Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring processes.
✔️ **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
✔️ **IT Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and understanding of technical skills required for IT positions.
✔️ **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
