**Job Summary**:

- Reporting to the Trade Compliance Associate Director, the Coordinator will perform a variety of duties necessary to support the Company’s efforts to comply with Trade regulations.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review of non-system generated invoices when used for international shipping Perform screening for denied and restricted parties Product Classification.
- Use product descriptions and technical data to determine tariff classification of saleable and purchased products Customs Country of Origin Determination General. Administrative Support for the Trade Compliance shared mailboxes GTS system monitoring Cataloging and recordkeeping.
- System and response monitoring to ensure compliance, coverage and efficiency Partner with internal customers to proactively detect possible compliance gaps, needs.
- Continue process improvement in areas of responsibility Miscellaneous.
- Trade Compliance tasks as they arise.**Expected Areas of Competence**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi task, set priorities and follow up
- Strong organizational skills with focused attention to detail
- Previous Trade Compliance experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Medical Device experience a plus SAP, SAP GTS, JD Edwards, experience

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- S. Diploma Required / Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing administrative business support Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required

**Travel Requirements**:

- 5%
