You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Create and manage content for existing programs and develop new content for new capabilities
- Manage the relationship with external partners
- Implement and deliver a learning agenda to ensure compliance to the training strategy
- Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities
- Support human resources in succession planning
- Manage the reward and recognition program
- Manage the coaching program
- Manage the team database and keep it updated
- Track turnover

- Advanced knowledge of database management/data mining/big data (SQL, Access etc.)
- FMCG/CPG experience including commercial business and customer execution experience
- Direct training experience
- Capability management experience

**More about this role**

**What you need to know about this position**:
You will support the implementation and execution of the change strategy with scope to the WACAM region. You will be in charge of some specific activities: execution of communication plans, implementation of engagement and training activities, live launch of the project and development of the sustainability plan.

- High adaptability to internal dynamics and strategy, with strong ability to establish committed business relationships with different leadership levels involved and make successful engagement with them.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening ability, customer service orientation and capable to propose improvement initiatives.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Professional with academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, Relations, Engineering or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working within human resources functions related to learning, development and training process.
- Background experience in consumer goods, food & beverage or multinational companies, desired.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level.

**Work schedule**:
Hybrid in Cali, Colombia.
