Overview:
This role is vital for Teleperformance and a unique opportunity to join a team focused on a
blend of long-term strategic thinking and operational execution. The role combines the
creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies, with the “business end”
of operationalizing these programs with sales teams to ensure they are executed and
produce results
**Responsibilities**:
- Help to define, drive, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with account leadership team and SAM
- Analyze and develop deep understanding of sales performance levers and dynamics to
enable continuous improvement of sales processes, policies and forecast accuracy.
- Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive
insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness and present
improvement recommendations to account leadership.
- Frame and break down complex problems into key components, derive insights, and
provide actionable recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes
- Act as a strategic thought partner to various members of account Leadership team, helping
define and deliver on the sales strategy and program across the business
- Identify inefficiencies, implement change management solutions, and track progress
through planning, process, and tool improvements
- Facilitate collaboration between sites, regions and geos towards achieving common goals
and outcomes
- Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize
monthly pipeline reviews
- Identify, prioritize, scope, recommend, and implement solutions, processes, and best
practices to improve sales efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, guides, best practices, playbooks and
maintain new hire playbook
- Your actions, programs, plans and trainings will help the guides improve their sales skills.
Qualifications:
Education and Specific Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Master degree (Desirable)
Work Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a BPO sales strategy/business operations
roles.
Competencies and Specific Skills
- Able to manage multiple, competing stakeholders
- Effective networker that builds relationships across an organization.
- Strong communicator, able to quickly think on your feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders
