**What you will be doing**:

- As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls for assistance regarding their accounts.
- Adheres to required policies and procedures. Strong communication, time management, and call management skills.

**What skills you will need**:

- Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the hire date
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced English (speaking) C1 or C2
- Six months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Ability to operate multiple computer programs
