Associate Manager Customer Marketing

**Acerca del rol**:El Associate Manager Customer Marketing es el responsable de la estrategia y seguimiento a ejecución de las actividades de comercialización en punto de venta, visibilidad y activación.
Tiene como parte importante de su responsabilidad planificar y ejecutar la estrategia FOCO (few organized clear objetives) en la categoría a su cargo, garantizando las métricas de market share y sustentabilidad financiera en todos los canales y clientes en Andean (COL, PE, EC).
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollo y Seguimiento de Planes FOCO, (plan promocional, plan de visibilidad, estrategia comercial).
- Desarrollo y seguimiento al Lanzamiento de NPDs, definiendo la estrategia comercial en términos de plan promocional, plan de distribución y plan de comunicación.
- Construcción de Trade Stories para FOCO’s y NPD’s
- Desarrollo de Campañas para Punto de Venta, donde incluye el Brief a agencias para la construcción 360
- Responsable del Proceso de S&OP donde incluye el aseguramiento de Forecast para los códigos de su categoría a través de la construcción de planes Comerciales
- Responsable del manejo y control del presupuesto de Promo Marketing de su categoría
- Construcción de análisis periódicos de categoría con oportunidades por segmento, canales, regiones y seguimiento a accionables.
- Participación en Foros con clientes
- Construcción y seguimiento a la implementación de Special Packs para la categoría, incluye manejo de proyectos, definición de canales, desarrollo de artes y recomendaciones financieras
- Participación en la construcción del Plan Anual de SCJ (IGP)
- Conocimiento profundo de todos los Canales Comerciales en Andean (Cadenas, Superetes, Clubs, Tradicional, Discounters, Ecomm, Pharma, Nuevos Canales)
**Requerimientos del rol (excluyentes)**:
- Mínimo 5 años en Areas Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing, Category Management o Ventas.
- Conocimiento de S&OP Process (forecasting)
- Conocimiento de Herramientas de Data de Mercado; Nielsen, Kantar, IQVIA
- Conocimientos Financieros para Lectura de P&L (Profit & Loss)
- Excel avanzado y Power Point Avanzado
- Inglés Avanzado Oral & Escrito
- Profesional universitario (mandatorio), áreas económico-administrativas, Marketing, Administración, ingeniería Industrial y Afines
**Requerimientos del rol (Deseables)**:
- Conocimiento y experiência previa con mercado de Colombia, Perú y Ecuador
- Postgrado áreas económico-administrativas, Marketing, Administración, ingeniería Industrial y Afines
- Cursos Adicionales en Marketing

- Trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Capacidad de análisis numéricos cruzando diferentes fuentes de información
**Requerimientos del trabajo**:
- 4 Dias de Oficina + 1 Dia de Home Office + Viernes Flex
- Disponibilidad para viajar en Colombia, Perú y Ecuador (25% del tiempo).
