To lead and direct the operational day to day activities of the subsidiary, being its legal representative, driving the business to high level of operational excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Consistently deliver P&L targets by meeting Sales Revenue, Margin and Profit targets. Development and execution of annual strategic plan in coordination with the company's long-term strategic plan. General coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales channels and activities. Build and effectively leverage internal and external relationships.
- Ability to lead and manage effectively in a highly competitive local and global environment.
- Knowledge and experience in strategic planning, business planning and finance.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the assigned business units.
- Sales Management, Sales Methodology, Sales Process.
- Build and effectively leverage internal and external relationships.
- Encourages continuous individual development to develop the depth of management and further enhance people's technical and management skills through accountability modeling, formal training, mentoring, and other experiences.

- Direct the day-to-day operational management of the business, accomplishing subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees, enforcing ethical business practices.
- Delivers operational leadership and assume P&L responsibility.
- Ensures the company market share growth in contact lens segment, delivering profitability and ensuring high levels of customer services.
- Manages compliance and support with company policies, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements for the work being performed.
- Fosters suitable financial controls for such areas as tax, treasury, inventories and provisions.
- Lives the company Values - clarify and affirming shared values; set the example by aligning actions with shared values
- Keeps strong relationships and partnerships with KAs and opinion leaders.
- Search for opportunities by seizing the initiative and by looking outward for innovative ways to improve.
- Consistently meet profit and loss targets by reaching Revenue, Margin and Sales profit targets.
- Development and execution of annual strategic plan in coordination with the company's long-term strategic plan.
- Develop market opportunities, lead sales searches, oversee internal processes and provide leadership to employees in achieving common goals.
- General coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales channels and activities in Colombia.
- Establish a high-performing organization that provides a stimulating and motivating work environment focused on talent development and business and client objectives.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of strategies in the commercial area to ensure a synergistic and winning approach.
- Proactively shape the market environment, working to improve market access and market position through relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Represents all the interests of the legal entity and assumes full responsibility for all legal matters in alignment with the legal organization, promoting a culture of ethical behaviors, quality, and customer focus.
