**OPERATIONS MANAGER**

At Hola Ink, we're not your average creative agency or printer. We're a team of fun and passionate individuals based in Miami who live and breathe creativity and hospitality. We exclusively serve the cruise and hotel industry, working with a range of clients from boutique hotels to major cruise lines. Our focus on vibrant art and design allows us to create immersive and unique visual experiences for guests that capture the essence of each brand. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to lead the daily operations of our business. As an integral part of our dynamic and energetic team, you will oversee the Production, Logistics, and Installation Departments, with 10+ direct reports, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**Reports to**:Director of Operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the creative vision, strategy, and direction for all projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with business goals.
- Provide artistic direction and guidance to design, copywriting, and production teams, ensuring the highest level of creativity and quality in all deliverables.
- Drive innovation and creative excellence across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and experiential.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, integrating them into the creative process as appropriate.
- Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Act as a key liaison between creative teams and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Foster client relationships by understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute creative insights to support overall business growth.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to supplement creative resources.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and concepts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
