Agile Facilitator

**Job Overview**

As an Agile Facilitator / Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our e-commerce design team towards success. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and effective project execution within the design team, which includes senior designers, a design director, a lead designer, an art director, a content strategist & copywriter, and a UX team with two researchers. You will work cross-functionally with product managers to assist in the execution of product initiatives utilizing design resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day project activities to meet business objectives, coordinating with a diverse team including designers, strategists, and UX researchers.

Ensure tickets in Jira have background info and acceptance criteria, and team members have necessary requirements to complete the task.

Collaborate with product managers to ensure the design backlog is prioritized and sequenced to product initiatives.

Monitor and enforce timelines related to ticket resolutions, align the team’s plan to the product sprint, and ensure project milestones are met.

Identify and address gaps and inefficiencies in the current process, collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.

Develop and implement new processes to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.

Serve as a liaison between the design team and the Technical Program Manager, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.

Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team, product management, and with external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce or digital projects, preferably in an agile, design-focused environment.

Strong understanding of project management tools like Jira, with an emphasis on the software development lifecycle.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across different departments.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Understanding of agile development methodologies, Scrum, and e-commerce technologies.

**Nice to have**:

- Prior experience in an eCommerce environment.

Familiarity with Design/Creative, and UX team methodologies, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with design tooling like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Zeplin
