**Job Description: UX/UI Creative Lead**

This position is responsible for inventing, advancing, and presenting creative ideas for our clients, whether via web, digital ads. Digital Reach’s Creative Director will oversee the creation of work from our talented, driven, and kind team including graphic designers, web designers, video and producers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, videographers, and web developers
- Oversee the development of visual and written content, ensuring it is on-brand, high-quality, and effective in achieving marketing goals
- Full creative direction on assigned accounts
- Participate in brand discovery activities and be the brand and creative director on client calls
- Presenting work to current and potential clients and internally, discerning feedback, and working collaboratively with that feedback with the team
- Speak with clients and lead them on their creative web design or creative assets projects
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth
- Collaborate closely with the account management team to understand client requirements and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our creative processes to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Consistently elevate our team's quality of creative work, demanding and upholding a high standard with all the creative work we deliver to our clients
- Lead the creative team both by example and through clear delegation; The delegation piece is very important, it is your responsibility to ensure that our creative resources are being utilized as efficiently as possible
- Constantly look for opportunities to strengthen our current internal processes and workflows and identify areas to add a non-existing process or workflow, in situations where our team and our clients could benefit
- Manage a base of freelancers as necessary to scale volume of work and/or to tap unique expertise for select projects
- Lead the design process and own production for the following deliverables:

- Website wireframes in Figma/Photoshop
- Website mockups in Figma/Photoshop
- Website landing page mockups in Figma/Photoshop
- Custom website elements in Figma/Photoshop (CTA sections, website popups, custom social feeds, etc.)
- Social media templates in Photoshop
- Display ad templates in Photoshop
- Produce full brand guides and visual brand direction for startup and established companies
- Make revisions to designs and prototypes, incorporating client and staff feedback Perform design QA rounds and document needed changes
- Excellent command of English
- 3-5 years of experience as a web designer or art director or in production design with growth in creative direction
- Experience as a graphic or web designer
- Agency experience preferred
- A portfolio that showcases interactive and digital projects, including creative executions across web, mobile web, native, and social
- Advanced knowledge of Web User Interface Design (UI), Web User Experience Design (UX), and general web functions and standards
- Expertise in all aspects of color theory, basic design principles and practices, and asset management
- Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress web structure
- WordPress experience required
- Strong presentation skills and background in presenting creative work and strategy
- Ability to discern client and internal feedback and work with the team on adjustments
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering creative projects for diverse clients.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and web design trends & best practices
- Excellent eye for design
- Demonstrated experience in conceptual writing in marketing or advertising, web, product and brand messaging
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while inspiring team members.
