**Descripción del Puesto**:
como Sales Administration Analyst seras el Apoyo al equipo comercial en los ingresos de las órdenes de compras en el sistema de gestión de TD SYNNEX con el fin de garantizar el procesamiento correcto de las mismas cumpliendo con los procesos y procedimientos definidos.

**Lo que harás**:

- Ingreso de órdenes de compras y cotizaciones
- Verificar los datos de las órdenes de compras y cotizaciones.
- Contacto directo con el equipo comercial.
- Mantener un márgen mínimo de error que no supere el porcentaje ya predeterminado por Q.

**Lo que estamos buscando**:

- 1 a 2 años de experiência en cargos administrativos
- conocimientos de Excel Intermedio.
- Capaz de ejecutar instrucciones y solicitar aclaraciones cuando sea necesario.
- Capaz de reconocer y atender detalles importantes con precisión y eficiencia.
- Capaz de demostrar resolución de problemas complejos, pensamiento crítico y toma de decisiones.
- Capaz de comunicarse claramente y transmitir la información necesaria.
- Posee habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo sólidas, llevando las tareas a su conclusión.

**Las condiciones de trabajo**:

- Profesional, entorno de oficina (Híbrido).
- Horas de trabajo no estándar ocasionales o horas extras según lo requiera el negocio.
