Discover your new role

As a Business Transformation Consultant, the main attributions are to focus on the documentation: from the consolidation of the meeting notes to the process flows drawing and preparation of the Blueprint document, under the guidance of the BT Lead.

**Your Day-to-Day**

Attend together with Oracle the project opportunities that arise, managing the entire cycle from understanding the needs of the client for the estimation of the project until the closing of the sale. Acquisition of new opportunities, development of alliances that help generate business. Upsell and crossell in clients and teamwork with other areas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Owns and drives a predefined and agreed sales quota towards established metrics.
- Works with partners, prospects and existing client base to sell our service offerings: software licensing and professional services across the various business units of the company.
- Works actively with our software business partners and internal teams to generate new opportunities and enable direct sales, paired with upsells through account management activities within our post-sale business cycle.
- Scopes out new business opportunities, generates quotes, drives contracts to closure.
- Supports account management activities: account level relationship building, identification and definition of growth opportunities, execution of installed base growth.
- Continuously learns about our product and service offerings to provide improved value to our sales cycle.
- Continuously updates our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (NetSuite) with latest activity to give sales forecast visibility to the rest of our organization.

**Key Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in the software services industry with Oracle-NetSuite or other ERP Professional Services.
- Soft skills: relationship building, teamwork, communication.
- Fluent English is a must, other languages a plus.
- Ability to travel.
