The Restaurants Operations team is searching for an Analyst to be a key contributor to initiatives that are improving the experience of our users and partner restaurants across Latam. This is a perfect opportunity to become part of an elite team responsible for driving the lean operation of the business.

As a member of the Restaurants Operations team, you will provide data-driven insights and collaborate with product and operations teams in order to improve the percentage of bad orders that our users experience by guaranteeing the best operational processes of Restaurants and providing the best E2E experience to all of our relevant stakeholders.

This is a role aimed for highly motivated professionals from top tier universities, who want to experience working in a fast-paced startup. As the scale and complexity of Rappi grows every day, the team needs dynamic, entrepreneurial, analytical thinkers to support in optimizing decision making and driving quick solutions for complex problems.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Support and/or drive the execution of projects and initiatives aligned with the Restaurant Operations strategy and OKRs.- Analyze data to identify operations, product and process improvement opportunities, and develop action plans to bring them to life.- Present your analysis and findings to team leaders and cross-functional partners.- Monitor the results and the efficiency of the operations, as well as the impact of newly deployed initiatives.- Develop metrics and KPIs that will help the team to achieve operational excellence.- Have the ability to identify deviations from KPIs and be able to go into the finest detail to diagnose the root cause of a problem.- Elaboration of strategic and scalable plans to improve the service of the allies always looking for the continuous improvement of operational metrics.- Elaborate recurring, summarized and structured reports to have an overview of service levels to provide it to all relevant stakeholders.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant careers.- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in operations, consulting or other business related areas. Other areas will be considered if you are able to translate your experience into the job requirements- Demonstrate ownership and accountability, and be willing to roll-up the sleeves to get things done- Be able to prioritize the tasks that will add the most value to the company and to our users- Experience analyzing, interpreting and using data to drive discussions with peers, to make decisions, to obtain insights, and to influence others- Ability to create a trusting relationship with peers, leaders and stakeholders across the organization- Teamwork, good organization and discipline oriented- Analytical thinker with excellent presentation skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets- Dynamic, resilient, frustration tolerant- SQL Proficiency

Nice to have- Master’s Degree in Data Analytics or related field in Data Science- Advanced English (if you are only fluent in Spanish or Portuguese)- Proficiency in Data Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)- Advanced SQL
