**Objetivo del cargo**:Potenciar la relación con los prospectos de cliente desde el entendimiento de sus objetivos de negocio para establecer estrategias que conecten con la oferta de valor de la compañía, buscando que encuentren en Quind un aliado de negocio

**Responsabilidades**:

- Definir estrategias de ventas y prospectar clientes.
- Networking presencial+virtual con roles clave en prospectos de cliente.
- Construir las bases de datos de prospectos de Quind.
- Prospectar clientes y generar reuniones de presentación de servicios.
- Hacer Lead Nurturing.
- Generar un pipeline de ventas saludable con el apoyo del equipo de generación de demanda y acciones de prospección individuales.
- Realizar el ciclo comercial hasta el cierre de los negocios.
- Hacer la presentación comercial de los productos y servicios en conjunto con el experto técnico.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las metas de venta individuales y gestionar la facturación de los servicios vendidos.
- Cultivar y hacer crecer las cuentas hasta que se conviertan en Key accounts.
- Conformar en conjunto con el equipo de operaciones, el equipo que prestará el servicio en el cliente.
- Cierre de negocios: Firma de contratos, registro de cliente, etc.

**Experiência.**
- Deseable que haya trabajado en empresas B2B que venden:

- Servicios de tecnología como casas de desarrollo de software
- Venta de servicios de infraestructura o redes.
- Venta de software de paquete como SAP, o cualquier otro software comercial.
- Que sea una persona con contactos comerciales que faciliten el relacionamiento comercial.
- Al menos 1 año como Account Executive en empresas de tecnología.
- Experiência gestionando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta retadores abriendo nuevos negocios

**Habilidades deseables.**
- Conocimiento de servicios de consultoría como desarrollo de software a la medida, desarrollo de integraciones, analitica y DevOps.

**Formación.**
- Administrador de empresas, con experiência comercial
- Gestión administrativa y financiera, con experiência comercial.
- Negocios internacionales y comercio exterior, con experiência comercial.
- Mercadeo y publicidad, con experiência comercial.
- Ingeniero electrónico / sistemas con experiência comercial.
- Desarrollador de software con experiência comercial

**Salario**: 2.500.000 + comisiones

**Horario**: L - V

**Modalidad**: teletrabajo

**Contrato**: fijo a 1 año, con posibilidad de pasar a ser indefinido
