As the **Director of Corporate Development **at EdgeUno, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth strategy through strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other corporate development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for expansion, evaluate potential partnerships or acquisitions, negotiate deals, and lead post-transaction integration efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully executing corporate development activities in the technology sector.

**Core Responsibilities**

**Develop and Execute Corporate Development Strategy**: Work closely with the executive team to formulate and execute EdgeUno's corporate development strategy, including identifying growth opportunities, evaluating potential partnerships and acquisitions, and assessing market trends and competitive landscapes.

**Identify** and Evaluate Opportunities**: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential partnership and acquisition targets aligned with EdgeUno's strategic objectives. Evaluate target companies or partners based on financial, operational, and cultural considerations.

**Lead Due Diligence**: Oversee the due diligence process for potential transactions, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure thorough evaluation of financial, legal, operational, and cultural aspects. Identify and mitigate risks associated with potential transactions.

**Negotiate and Structure Deals**: Lead negotiations with potential partners or acquisition targets to achieve favorable terms and agreements. Structure transactions to optimize value creation and alignment with EdgeUno's strategic goals.

**Facilitate Post-Transaction Integration**: Develop and execute integration plans for acquired companies or partnerships, working closely with functional leaders to ensure seamless integration with EdgeUno's operations, culture, and strategic direction.

**Build and Maintain Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, advisors, investors, and industry contacts. Represent EdgeUno professionally and effectively in external discussions and negotiations.

**Monitor Market Trends**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments relevant to corporate development activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market intelligence.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy in the technology sector.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Proven track record of leading complex negotiations and successfully executing M&A transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and assess growth opportunities, anticipate market trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, technology infrastructure, and related industries preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
