**Objetivo general del rol/cargo**:
Investigar y consolidar la información de los mercados y del entorno competitivo de la compañía para identificar oportunidades estratégicas de crecimiento, diversificación y optimización de activos de la compañía, que permita la toma de decisiones referente a M&A, estructura, participación en los mercados y estrategia competitiva.

**Responsabilidades del rol/cargo**:

- Proponer e identificar nuevas tendencias e iniciativas de negocio en el mercado de materiales de construcción que puedan ser de interés de Cementos Argos, enfocados a los pilares estratégicos que defina el Comité Directivo, para evaluar la viabilidad e implementación
- Asesorar y acompañar a los líderes de proyectos estratégicos en la identificación, desarrollo y justificación de los casos de negocio para la toma de decisiones del Comité Directivo
- Evaluar y acompañar la estructuración de proyectos estratégicos para los negocios actuales y futuros de Cementos Argos, con el propósito de agregar valor económico y fortalecer el despliegue de la estrategia de la compañía
- Crear y diseñar fuentes de información de seguimiento macroeconomico y de mercados de materiales de construcción para apoyar a los líderes en el entendimiento del entorno competitivo
- Coordinar y acompañar la dinamica de la formulación y el seguimiento los objetivos de desempeño del Comité Directivo, para asegurar su ajuste a la estrategia corporativa.
- Preparar y proponer documentos de soporte y presentaciones al Comité Directivo para la evaluación recurrente de la estrategia e iniciativas en evaluación
