Lead the strategic planning for the innovation agenda for Cerenovus in Latin America (LATAM)
- Develop the mid
- and long-term innovation strategy for LATAM in collaboration with markets, Source Company and regulatory affairs.
- Feedback and input to Global NPD and Product Pipeline: Ensure the representation of LATAM customer needs in product development pipeline, involve LATAM surgeons in development projects and Involvement.
- Regional NPI Marketing Plan Development
- Evaluate and develop market insights & “Voice of Customer” (VOC). Establish and foster relationships with key Cerenovus KOLs across the region. Work closely with countries to uncover business development opportunities and build business rationale with global and regional partners
- Develop Cerenovus NPI marketing plans with clear value propositions, reasons to believe as well as commercialization strategies for planned product launches in accordance with the Launch Excellence process (LEX). Ensure that product launches are aligned with the regional strategy and fulfill financial requirements including pricing, GP, inventory levels and revenue.
- Define Scope of NPIs including portfolio definition, required investments and product lifecycle
- Partner with demand planning and supply chain to ensure effective forecasting and inventory management.
- Monitor Regional Business Plan and Sales Targets to deliver Cerenovus commitments
- Strategy execution and deployment
- Manage the effective continual launch of new products in the individual markets across the region.
- Partner with demand planning and supply chain to ensure effective forecasting and inventory management.
- Support local marketing plans with Cerenovus product/segment knowledge, product positioning, targeting and segmentation. Help providing/developing NPI selling tools including digital assets.
- Partner with LEX PMOs to monitor progress in launch preparations and execution and help removing roadblocks
- Partner with regional Professional and commercial education to support local product launch preparation and execution.
- Regional Alignment & Strategy
- Contribute to the overall CSS regional strategy development as a member of the Regional Cerenovus team
- Develop and execute regional Professional Education Programs for NPIs and contribute to the overall development of Prof Ed strategy Cerenovus LATAM
- Talent Management
- Establish relationships with Cerenovus employees across the region, identifying high potential talent for development and rotation through regional roles
- Support the development of marketing capabilities and know among the marketing local organizations with focus on launch excellence

**Qualifications**:

- University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA degree preferred
- At least +4 years of leadership experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results in challenging business environments.
- Experience in MedTech (Ideally Neurovascular Market) Medical Devices preferred.
- Experience in capturing insights and translating them into viable solutions for customers, communicating value, translating market dynamics into pricing strategy driving profitability, portfolio management, forecast and demand planning, new product launches, drive strategy execution and monitoring. Market research, agency management, marketing plan development (media/ promotion)
- Knowledge / Experience of Medical Devices Market (ideally EP Lab product experience) is required.
- Marketing acumen is a key competence required
- Demonstrated success of collaboration and interface with critical internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface. Experience in working in large matrix organizations and influences without authority
- Self-driven leader with demonstrated success in leading projects and strategy.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required

Regional position and can work from Mexico or Colombia
