**DESCRIPTION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to expand our network and reach.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting setting.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
