Our internship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E). You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience.

As an Intern, you will be:

- Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be currently enrolled in** an Industrial Engineering, International Buisness or related Bachelor’s degree** program and have **at least 1 year left of school**.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to **3.75 out of 5.0 **or the equivalent in your country
- Be fluent in oral and written** English**:

- Have the **legal right to work **without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied

**What your Day-to-Day will look like**

You will be in charge of supporting the planning and scheduling process for materials needed to execute the business. You will work with the sales and commercial team, region staff, AMO and supply chain to translate demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) over multiple time horizons, into physical orders and ensure these are delivered to meet customer requirements.

**Essential Functions**
- Work/Support with sales and operations in the region to create regional (12-18 mo) and global forecasts.
- Work with the sales and operations team to convert demand plans into physical orders. Understand business trends and opportunities and how they affect demand forecasting.
- Analyze incoming demand: identify order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
- Plan and schedule order lead times to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
- Work with product line/sales/delivery service to prioritize delivery dates as needed (push-outs, pull-ins).
- Perform various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasting, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, materials in transit analysis, safety stock, etc. Implement inventory warehousing strategies
