**Position Summary**
Collector assist activities for SCS. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring quality accounts, focus in 80/20 customers efforts for productivity, also Collector will assist in resolving complex Billing/Collections disputes. He/She interacts with both internal and external customers.

Making outbound Portuguese collection calls** in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations

- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports

- Schedule from 2am to 12pm

**Qualifications - Internal**
**Education and Work Experience**
- Technical or bachelors’ degree (depend of experience) in administrative careers
- At least 6 months of experience in Collection or Customer Service areas (preferred)
- Internal UPS Experiences: SCS (preferred)
- UPS Systems: QWS, ISPS, IVP, ICRIS, Billing Center (preferred)
- Q4 2021 Performance -Solid or above
**Languages**:

- Portuguese 80% - Required
- English 60% written - Preferred
