**Description**:
Statement Research is responsible to investigate and solve problems working in the AP rejections queues, credit-refunds, payment information, invoice status, aging report, short and tax payments.

**Responsibility**:
To address cases assigned within the expected time and properly manner to provide the solution requested and finding the root causes and connecting the processes to find the solution and provide timely payments

**Qualifications**:

- Technical, student or bachelor degree of last semesters in administrative or accounting areas.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and (Access - Preferred)
- English 60% A2 - B1
