As a crucial member of our client’s Finance team, we are actively searching for a skilled and dedicated **Senior Accountant** who can significantly contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and overall success of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the Senior Accountant will assume a pivotal role in overseeing our client’s financial operations. This entails ensuring not only accuracy and efficiency but also striving to create exceptional client experiences.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Accounting education is preferred.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrate at least 5-7 years of full-cycle US accounting experience, showcasing proficiency in financial reporting, balance sheets, and related areas.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate QuickBooks Online and Xero proficiently and possess intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and process enhancement. A minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience is required.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Recognize the significance of attention to detail in daily tasks, and ensure thorough comprehension of the entire job posting.

- Reporting to our VP of Finance, our Senior Accountant will lead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. Your days will be filled with:
- Client Relationship Building: Assist the VP of Finance in providing expert financial support and customized solutions, while fostering trust with our clients.
- Financial Mastery: Delve into the details of accounts payable/receivables, conduct general ledger reconciliations, and perform comprehensive account analysis.
- Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to special projects.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations.
