As a crucial member of our client’s Finance team, we are actively searching for a skilled and dedicated **Senior Accountant** who can significantly contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and overall success of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the Senior Accountant will assume a pivotal role in overseeing our client’s financial operations. This entails ensuring not only accuracy and efficiency but also striving to create exceptional client experiences.

Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Schedule: Monday To Friday | 8 to 5 CST.
Work Arrangement: Remote/Work from Home
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, required.
- Accounting education preferred.
- Proven Expertise: Possess at least 5-7 years of full-cycle US accounting experience, being well-versed in financial reporting, balance sheets, and more.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate QuickBooks Online and Xero with ease and wield intermediate Excel skills to analyze data and enhance processes. A minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience required.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is crucial in daily tasks, emphasized by ensuring the full reading of this posting.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Reporting to our VP of Finance, our Senior Accountant will lead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. Your days will be filled with:
- Client Relationship Building: Assist the VP of Finance in providing expert financial support and customized solutions, while fostering trust with our clients.
- Financial Mastery: Delve into the details of accounts payable/receivables, conduct general ledger reconciliations, and perform comprehensive account analysis.
- Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to special projects.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations.
