Job Title: Systems Administrator

Job Summary: As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the organization's computer systems and networks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of servers, databases, network infrastructure, and related components. This position requires a strong technical background, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Administer and support virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Perform routine system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with security policies and implementing appropriate measures.
- Conduct system upgrades and patches in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide support for end-users.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and implement system enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or a similar role, with a strong understanding of system administration principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with storage technologies, such as SAN or NAS.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash, is desirable.

Pay: $4,077,377 - $4,530,419 per month
