Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated TeamCenter Support Specialist to join the IT group in South America.
- Triage incoming incidents
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support to incident
- Resolve routine incidents
- Communicate with post level 2 support to resolve non-routine incidents
- Maintain supporting incident records, and knowledge base articles
- Track incidents until resolved
- Interact with vendors as required
- Support global audience
- Maintain DevOps tracker for any requirement or existing bug fixes
- Administer and coordinate Teamcenter related activities in all environments, Development, QA & Production
- Mentor and provide training to end users on correct business processes

**You bring to the role**:

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with both technical, and non-technical staff
- The ability to work, and interact effectively with a distributed team
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Strong organization, and multi-tasking abilities required
- Experience in a support role
- Previous experience with Teamcenter System Administration
- Experience with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining and upgrading software
- Experience with using a variety of scripting tools and languages to automate routine tasks
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Windows
