**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Asset Management: Oversee the organization, cataloging, and maintenance of all creative assets to ensure their accessibility and integrity.
- System Administration: Manage the digital asset management system, including user access, asset tagging, and metadata standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and IT departments to understand and meet their asset needs.
- Rights Management: Monitor and enforce compliance with copyright laws and usage rights for all creative assets.
- Training: Develop and provide training to staff on using the digital asset management system effectively.

**Department Responsibilities**:

- Policy Development: Establish and maintain policies for digital asset creation, storage, and usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and recommend improvements to the asset management system and processes.
- Reporting: Generate reports on asset usage, system performance, and user engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital asset management or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital asset management software and metadata standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Preferred Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Certifications or additional training in digital asset management systems are a plus.

**Additional Considerations**:

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for organization.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
- Experience in creative production processes is beneficial.
