**DESCRIPCIÓN DE VACANTE - PROJECT MANAGER JUNIOR**

**Resumen del puesto**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Asistir en la planificación y organización de los proyectos para asegurar que se cumplan los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.
- Colaborar con el equipo y los diferentes departamentos para coordinar tareas y asegurar la alineación de objetivos.
- Realizar el seguimiento del progreso del proyecto, documentar avances y preparar informes para el Project Manager Senior y otros interesados.
- Identificar y comunicar posibles riesgos y obstáculos del proyecto para encontrar soluciones efectivas junto al equipo.
- Apoyar en la documentación y control de calidad de los proyectos para cumplir con los estándares establecidos.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos, o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en roles de coordinación de proyectos, soporte administrativo de proyectos o áreas similares.
- Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Ej. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, o herramientas equivalentes).
- Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas de manera simultánea.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita español / inglés.
- Actitud proactiva y deseo de aprender y desarrollarse en gestión de proyectos.
- **Experiência en ServiceNow recomendable.**:

- **Inglés intermedio - avanzado.**:

- Se valorarán certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (Ej. PMP, CAPM, PgMP, Scrum, PMI-ACP, etc.) o cursos relacionados.
