Hola. En SGTech estamos ampliando nuestro equipo, buscamos un Project Manager IT para gestionar nuestro proyectos internos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar y coordinar múltiples proyectos en las áreas de negocio mencionadas.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de proyecto, incluyendo la identificación de recursos, establecimiento de metas y objetivos, y gestión de riesgos.
- Supervisar y gestionar a un equipo de proyectos, asegurándose de que los proyectos se desarrollen dentro del plazo y el presupuesto establecidos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Negocio y Operaciones para garantizar que los proyectos se alineen con los objetivos de la empresa.
- Hacer un seguimiento y control de los avances de los proyectos, identificando y abordando problemas y desafíos en tiempo récord.
- Comunicar eficazmente con los miembros del equipo, los líderes de proyecto y los stakeholders.
- Asegurarse de que los proyectos se desarrollen de manera eficiente y eficaz, utilizando herramientas y procesos establecidos.
- Realizar análisis de datos y reportes para medir el desempeño de los proyectos e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en las áreas de negocio mencionadas.

**Requisitos**:

- Título de Formación Profesional Superior o Grado universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Informática o campo relacionado.
- Inglés, mínimo B2
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en la gestión de proyectos en cualquiera de las áreas de negocio mencionadas.
- Conocimientos técnicos en alguna o varias de las áreas de negocio: Gobierno del Dato, Data-Driven, Analítica de Datos, Business Intelligence, desarrollo de Aplicaciones a Medida, RPA e Inteligencia Artificial.
- Habilidades en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y tecnologías relacionadas.
- Capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Experiência en el análisis de datos y creación de informes.

**Valorable**:

- Disponer de Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.) es un plus.
- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos en entornos CI/CD y en el desarrollo de aplicaciones DevOps.
- Conocimientos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos ágiles como Scrum y Kanban.
- Conocimientos técnicos en Cloud Services
