**Position Summary**:

**Work Model**:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute Market Access/Commercial Analytics & Reporting initiatives in the affiliate, coordinating with local country leadership to support key decision-making on critical processes.
- Examine and analyze various market access tools to identify trends, potential improvements, best practices, and unseen opportunities or risks.
- Follow-up and analyze commercial KPIs to provide key insights to the business
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas to integrate Market Access and Commercial strategies and initiatives, supporting the identification and development of metrics used to measure success.
- Identify and address stakeholder needs and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
- Support local business on specific needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 year of experience in business analytics, data management, with experience working in a matrix environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Possess a strong analytical profile (scientific profile is a plus), with proficiency in managing and analyzing information and databases (Data Analytics).
- Change Management and Innovation: Embraces change, challenges the status quo, makes recommendations for improvements, and develops tools to simplify job tasks.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Ability to handle multiple projects involving cross-functional partners, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
