**¿Quién es el Consejo Danés para los Refugiados?**

Fundado en 1956, el _Danish Refugee Council _(DRC) es una ONG internacional líder y una de las pocas con experiência específica en desplazamiento forzado. Activo en 40 países con 9000 empleados y apoyado por 7500 voluntarios, DRC protege, defiende y construye futuros sostenibles para refugiados y otras personas y comunidades afectadas por el desplazamiento. DRC trabaja durante el desplazamiento en todas las etapas: en la crisis aguda, en el desplazamiento, al establecerse e integrarse en un nuevo lugar, o al regresar. DRC brinda protección y asistencia humanitaria para salvar vidas; apoya a las personas desplazadas para que sean autosuficientes e incluidas en las sociedades de acogida; y trabaja con la sociedad civil y las autoridades responsables para promover la protección de los derechos y la convivencia pacífica.

En Colombia el DRC está en diferentes ubicaciones geográficas, desarrollando programas relacionados con protección, restablecimiento de derechos, entrega de apoyos para el sostenimiento económico de refugiados y desminado humanitario.

**Objeto de la consultoría**

El Consejo Danés para los Refugiados con sede en Colombia busca propuestas de un(a) consultor(a) para apoyar a diferentes equipos de trabajo dentro de la organización, en diferentes locaciones en Colombia (Barranquilla, Tibú, Barbacoas y Oficina Nacional (BOG)), para consolidar su trabajo, hacerlo de una forma más integrada y sacar el máximo provecho al trabajo en conjunto, redundando en eficiencia y un apropiado clima laboral.

El/la consultor(a) debe presentar cotización por cada una de las bases y número de equipos a trabajar:

- **Barranquilla **(61 personas) con 8 áreas. Por esta oportunidad, solo se pide trabajar con un solo equipo de 30 personas.
- **Tibú **(30 personas) con 11 áreas
- **Barbacoas **(30 personas) con 11 áreas
- **Oficina Nacional **(68 personas) con 17 áreas. Por esta oportunidad se pide trabajar con dos equipos para un total de 12 personas.

**Fondo**:
DRC Colombia lleva 4 años aproximadamente desarrollando programas relacionados con protección, restablecimiento de derechos, entrega de apoyos para el sostenimiento económico de refugiados y desminado humanitario. Lo ha hecho trabajando en diferentes locaciones por lo largo y ancho del territorio nacional y a través de equipos de profesionales con diferentes enfoques, buscando obtener lo mejor de la multidisciplinariedad y los diferentes enfoques. Ha trabajado con personal local y con personal foráneo a estas regiones, siempre con el compromiso de cumplir los acuerdos con los donantes y alcanzar el objetivo trazado para con las comunidades.

**Objetivo de la consultoría**

Dada la diversidad de los equipos de trabajo, así como la cierta frecuencia con la que llegan nuevos integrantes (líderes o miembros) a estos equipos, hace que se requiera el apoyo de un externo experto en la generación de estrategias de fácil acople de los miembros, la entrega de herramientas que les permitan aprovechar sus capacidades en la diversidad, fomentando adecuadas interacciones entre sí, superando fácilmente situaciones de tensión y amalgamando los diferentes integrantes del equipo para conseguir el resultado o la meta que se le ha encomendado al equipo.

El/la consultor(a) deberá comprender la realidad actual y particularidad de los equipos, desarrollar talleres/actividades/sesiones dinámicas de intervención que le permitan cumplir con la consolidación de equipo esperada, generar un reporte con caja de herramientas que le permita a los lideres de esos equipos y a RH por parte de la organización, entender la dinámica del equipo y mantener dicha consolidación de unidad que se espera, así como, brindar una herramienta (entregable) como mecanismo para poder mantener el aprendizaje y consolidación de los equipos, dependiendo de las necesidades exigidas.

**Ámbito de trabajo y Metodología**

Durante la ejecución del contrato de prestación de servicios, el consultor(a) deberá cumplir con los siguientes objetivos:

- Realizar una reunión previa con cada uno de los líderes de cada equipo para alinearse y entender la situación actual a gestionar;
- Desarrollar talleres/actividades/sesiones donde faciliten el entendimiento y consolidación de equipos permitiendo el aprendizaje continuo, entendimiento y evaluación del proceso;
- Elaboración de informes por cada equipo de trabajo, indicando:

- Reporte de hallazgos
- Puntos Positivos
- Puntos a mejorar
- Gestión de foco de atención para el líder y el equipo;
4. Entrega de herramienta (s) para dar continuidad por parte de los equipos de manera autónoma a la metodología implementada.
