This position is based at Cali, Colombia.

**What will you do**

The Marketing Controlling Analyst is responsible for providing high quality and proactive financial support to the Marketing structure, maximizing the financial outcomes through business partnering.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitoring/analyzing business performance
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing and Finance teams
- Partnering with business team to develop business cases
- Provide financial modelling for investment proposals and plans, including modelling scenarios for categories/brands, as well as provide recommendations and action plans.
- Analyze financial viability of investments, mainly GP and ROI
- Provide recommendations to improve Category/Brand Profitability.

- Bachelor's degree (ideally in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar)
- Intermediate English
