**Job description**

IBS Group is actively seeking a highly skilled B2B Technology Consultant (Sales Executive / Account Manager) to join our Bogota-based sales team. This pivotal role combines expertise in B2B technology sales with proficient business project management capabilities, contributing significantly to our organization's success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience level.
- Track record in Digital Signage & AV B2B sales or IT & Software Sales.
- Experience in outbound new business sales.
- Own transportation.
- English and Spanish fluently spoken and written.
- Must be able to travel for work.

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary.
- Variable salary (uncapped sales commission).
- Bonus (based on performance).
- Business travel allowance.
- Telephone allowance.
- Transportation allowance.

**Experience**:

- Digital Signage & AV B2B sales or IT & Software Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
