**Scope of the role**:
**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Serve as the Scrum Master for assigned projects, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
- Utilize Asana and Slack proficiently to monitor multiple channels, create new tickets, assign tasks to the appropriate team members, and manage project workflows effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, feedback exchange, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, gather lessons learned,
- and identify opportunities for process optimization.
**Requirements**:
- C1 English proficiency level both written and spoken
- 4+ years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana and Slack, with the ability to navigate multiple channels and workflows.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
