En Linio Colombia, nos encoentramos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo Head de Estretagia, cuya principal función será iderar equipo de Estrategia y Planificación, impulsando principales métricas y proyectos para la mejora continua del negocio.
- Liderar y priorizar los proyectos existentes & proponer nuevos proyectos de alto impacto a corto, medio y largo plazo
- Hacer seguimiento de las principales métricas del negocio y proponer palancas y procesos para la mejora continua de éstas
- Liderar instancias de seguimiento para dar visibilidad de las métricas y proyectos, incluyendo los del área misma
- Estar al tanto de las novedades de comercio electrónico del mercado colombiano, regional y mundial
- Liderar desarrollo recurrente de reportes de estrategia y planeación
- Impulsar la toma de decisiones
- Ser un gran embajador del área, de la empresa y un líder nato dentro del equipo

**Requisitos**:
Alrededor de 5 años de experiência en consultoría/áreas de estrategia en empresa privada/e-commerce
Administración / Ingeniería industrial o carreras afines
Ha gestionado equipos (de una persona al menos)
Idealmente, ha tenido contacto constante con perfiles C-level
Fácil adaptación al cambio
Interés y motivación por la industria y contribuir a ella
